About This Plugin
The Gravity Forms HubSpot Add-On connects your WordPress forms to HubSpot. Each submission creates a new contact or updates an existing contact record in your HubSpot CRM automatically, with no exports or copy-pasting.
Map form data to the right HubSpot contact fields, including additional HubSpot properties beyond the basics. Set the Lead Status of new contacts, define their Lifecycle Stage and assign a Contact Owner, either a specific team member or by conditions for routing. Conditional logic sends entries to HubSpot only when your criteria are met, and you can track pages visited, forms completed and interests.
