Gravity Forms ConvertKit Add-On

The Gravity Forms ConvertKit Add-On is the official way to connect Gravity Forms to ConvertKit without a third-party plugin. It connects your forms to forms you created in ConvertKit and syncs subscriber information after someone submits.

You can apply a tag to everyone who submits, and map form fields to core ConvertKit fields and any custom fields you added. The value of a form field can apply an additional tag. Conditional logic controls when and how information syncs. Optionally, ConvertKit Creator Network Recommendations show recommended creators after a submission.

If you already use the plugin from the ConvertKit team, activating this add-on alongside it keeps your connection, migrates your existing feeds and deactivates the older plugin.
