Gravity Forms Capsule CRM Add-On

This add-on for Gravity Forms sends form submissions to Capsule CRM. Each submission adds a new contact or updates an existing one with the latest information.

Map form fields to Capsule contact fields, add notes to the About field with static text or merge tags, and link new contacts to a case or opportunity automatically.

It also creates tasks. Define the task with text or merge tags from form data, set a due date in days from submission, and choose a category such as Call, Email or Meeting and an owner. Conditional logic controls when contacts or tasks are created.
