About This Plugin
Projectopia, formerly CQPIM, is a project management plugin for WordPress, made for freelancers, small businesses and agencies. Aralia Ventures built it to run their own clients and team, then opened it up for sale.
You add clients with their contact details, prepare quotes and estimates, and run the work as projects with milestones and tasks. Tasks get subtasks, a status and a priority, file uploads and watchers, and milestones and tasks reorder freely. Each project keeps its own files, notes and messages. Invoices go out with the deposit percentage you choose.
Clients log in through a brandable login page to a responsive front-end dashboard and follow their project's progress there. A permission system decides what each team member can see and do.
