PrivateContent – Mail Actions Add-on

Mail Actions is an add-on for PrivateContent that brings email into each main process, from notifications to user verification. Each module works on its own. Email texts are fully customizable with placeholders for user data and fields from the User Data add-on, and you can send through SMTP.

Create unlimited HTML templates with live preview and send a demo of any email module. Email campaigns support unlimited attachments, targeted receiver lists, scheduling, a campaign archive and categories, plus sending statistics. Large lists are split into chunks to respect your server limits.

New users receive a personal link to validate their email and get a verified mark. Password recovery works from the login form, with optional link expiration. Admins are notified of new registrations and self-deleted accounts, and users are notified when their account is enabled. Welcome and goodbye messages are included. Users sync with MailPoet and MailChimp, by user category if you like. It is translatable and tested with WPML and Polylang.
