About This Plugin
This Paid Memberships Pro add-on lets members make manual payments for membership dues through methods like check, cash, bank transfer or Venmo. At checkout, members choose between Credit Card / PayPal and the configured Check / Manual gateway.
A member who pays manually sees your custom instructions on the checkout page, on the membership confirmation page and in the confirmation email. The member's first order is set to pending status, and they gain no access until the payment is received and confirmed.
Large ticket purchases can go straight to your bank account, which reduces fees and gateway charge limits. Local organizations can collect dues in person.
