Recurly supports recurring, one-time, usage-based and seat-based models. It calculates sales tax and complies with EU VAT rules. You can create unlimited plan types with upgrades and downgrades, and Recurly is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. Recurly.js allows customization, and you can import current subscribers.
