LearnDash LMS Instructor Role

Instructor Role is an add-on for LearnDash LMS. It lets multiple instructors create and manage courses without full WordPress admin access. It suits teams, guest instructors and external partners. Instructors see only their own courses and data.

Instructors log in to a restricted Instructor Dashboard, where they manage courses, learners, reports and submissions. An Instructor Overview page shows a snapshot of activity. Courses can be shared with multiple instructors, with co-instructor permissions. Admins can add instructors in several ways.

Instructor Commissions reward instructors for course sales, and the Pay button records payments without processing them. Instructors can sell courses with WooCommerce, which needs the LearnDash WooCommerce Integration. Students message instructors from lessons and topics, and shortcodes display instructor information on the front end.
