Gravity Flow WordPress Plugin

Gravity Flow is a workflow plugin that works on top of Gravity Forms. It automates what happens to each form submission, from the first entry to final closure, for processes like hiring, onboarding, invoice processing and leave applications.

You build the forms in Gravity Forms, then design the workflow in Gravity Flow. You choose from 40+ action steps such as approvals, rejections, reverts and assignments, and add conditional logic to shape each path. Detailed reports show how your processes perform and where bottlenecks sit.

Data stays on your own server, and a "delete data" step can be added to a workflow. There is no per-user or per-workflow limit on processes.
