Gravity Flow – Folders Extension
Group Gravity Flow workflow entries into folders and control who can open them.
About This Plugin
This extension for Gravity Flow lets administrators organize workflow entries into logical or arbitrary groupings and show them on the front end with a shortcode and in the WordPress admin. Anyone with access to a folder can open every entry in it, so you can give access to users who are neither admins nor the form submitter.
The shortcode lists the folders the current user can open. An opened folder lists its entries, much like the status page, and you can filter them by form and field values. The entry detail timeline shows folder actions.
Add entries to several folders with the Add to Folder step or admin actions, and remove them with the Remove from folder step or admin actions. It needs Gravity Flow 1.6 or later and Gravity Forms 2.0 or later.
