Gravity Flow – WooCommerce Extension

The WooCommerce extension for Gravity Flow adds workflow automation to WooCommerce orders. Every time an order is created in WooCommerce, an entry is created in Gravity Forms, and Gravity Flow triggers the first step of the workflow.

Five steps are included. Payment lets a customer pay for an order at any point in the workflow. Refund refunds a payment. Capture Payment captures a payment pre-authorized at checkout, and Cancel Payment cancels one. Checkout takes an order in the middle of a workflow.

The extension adds a payment gateway so customers can pay at a later date with the Payment step. A separate form can run a refund request, where the store manager refunds from a one-click approval link in an email, without logging in to WordPress or the payment gateway.
