About This Plugin
The Signature Add-On for Fluent Forms adds a signature field to any new or existing Fluent Forms form. You drag, drop, customize and embed it like any other form field, and collect signed submissions from your WordPress site.
Visitors sign with a touchscreen, touchpad, mouse or signature pad, on iPad, iPhone, Android phones or a computer with a touchscreen. They get Undo, Redo and a full reset before they submit. Each signature stays connected to its form entry.
Use it for client agreements, waivers and consent forms, employee onboarding documents, applications and registrations, or any form that needs a sign-off.
