Fluent Boards Pro

Fluent Boards Pro is a project management plugin for WordPress. It lets you plan, track and manage projects with kanban boards inside your WordPress dashboard. Projects and assignees are unlimited. The Pro version adds the calendar and table views to the free kanban and list views.

Tasks have due dates, priorities, a time tracker, recurring tasks and custom fields. You get a multi-stage workflow with drag and drop, templates, board duplication, colorful labels and tags, and project export and import in JSON or CSV. Advanced filtering, quick search and detailed reporting help you follow progress.

A frontend portal, email notifications, file sharing and external storage integrations support teamwork. Role management and activity tracking help you manage the team. The plugin integrates with FluentCRM, Fluent Forms and Fluent Support, supports incoming and outgoing webhooks, and is self-hosted. The FluentRoadmap add-on is free.
