AffiliateWP – Affiliate Forms For Gravity Forms

This add-on for AffiliateWP creates a custom affiliate registration form with Gravity Forms. It requires the Gravity Forms plugin.

Use any default Gravity Forms field, or the 3 new field types in the AffiliateWP Fields group. Drag and drop fields to reorder them, make them required and label them as you like. Only the email field is required. With no username field, the WordPress username is created from the email address. With no password field, a password is generated and emailed to the affiliate.

Enable the Create AffiliateWP email tag checkbox to get a new email tag for any AffiliateWP email. When you require approval, the submission shows on the review affiliate screen, and you can view it later from Affiliates, Edit Affiliate. Gravity Forms mailing list add-ons can send new affiliates to your mailing list.
