WPML WPForms Multilingual Add-on

This add-on translates forms built with WPForms (Lite or Pro) into every language your visitors speak. It works with WPML and WPML String Translation.

The form, its fields, options, Confirmations, Notifications and Validation Messages come into one translation job. It covers Form Templates, Multi-Page Forms, Smart Conditional Logic, all three Confirmation types, payment add-ons and the marketing integrations WPForms feeds.

Send a form for translation from the WPML Translations Dashboard and choose PTC, your translator or Translate myself. With Translate Everything Automatically turned on, new and updated forms translate in the background. Use the same WPForms block or [wpforms] shortcode on every language version of a page, and visitors get the form in their language with the same form ID.
