WooCommerce Customer Switching

Customer Switching for WooCommerce lets admins and store managers switch between user accounts and act as the customer in your store. The tool works from the front end. When you are logged in with a role set in the plugin settings, it appears in the top left corner, and you search for the user you want to act as.

Once you have switched, you can add products to the cart and create an order for the customer. That suits phone orders that you invoice manually in a separate system. A text reminder shows that you are logged in as another user, and the Log out link switches you back to your own account.

Only users who can edit other users can switch accounts, and they can switch only to users with the same or lower capabilities. It uses the WordPress cookie authentication and nonce systems.
