WooCommerce Smart Refunder

Smart Refunder adds a self-service refund request form to the WooCommerce My Account page. Customers ask for a full or partial refund, with a reason and amount, without emailing support. It works for physical products, digital downloads and subscriptions.

With instant refunds enabled and a payment gateway that supports them, eligible refunds are processed right away. Otherwise requests land in WooCommerce, where you accept or reject them, issue a full or partial refund and message the customer. Order status moves to refund-requested and then refunded, and both customer and admin get email notifications. You can set the number of days an order stays eligible for a refund.

Refunds can be cash or store credit. Store credit and gift coupons need the separate Smart Coupons plugin, and a new coupon is emailed to the customer instantly.
