WooCommerce Slack

WooCommerce Slack sends store notifications to your Slack channels the moment an event happens. It covers ten event types: new order, order status update, subscription renewal, refund, back order, low on stock, out of stock, new review, new customer and new post. Each one switches on independently.

Every event type has its own channel, emoji and sender name, and you can pick several channels for one event. Anything left unset falls back to a default channel and emoji. A new-order message carries the customer's name, the items, the order total and a link to the order, and you can filter out $0 orders. Stock alerts use the thresholds you already set in WooCommerce and can go to their own channel.

Each event has a message template built from tokens such as {order_number}, {order_total} and {product_name}, plus Slack markup that links back to the order, product or customer. Extended notifications add line items, product thumbnails and timestamps. The order status event fires only for the statuses you choose, including custom ones. It works with the classic checkout and the checkout block.
