Returns and Warranty Requests manages the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, adds warranty terms to your products, and lets customers request and manage returns and exchanges from their user accounts.

Manage all RMA, warranty and return requests from a single view in the store administration. Assign warranties to a product or variation from the edit product screen, define warranty or return time periods, and give them a price. You can set expiration periods for limited warranties and maintain free or paid extended warranties. When the warranty expires, so does the ability to request a warranty, return or exchange.

Create your own warranty statuses, customize your RMA code length and format, and manage automated emails for each change in return status. Request product images and track returns to and from customers within the account.
