WooCommerce Protected Categories

WooCommerce Protected Categories locks entire product categories in your store. You protect a category by password, by user role or by individual user account, and everything inside it, sub-categories included, is locked with it.

Each category can have several passwords, and the same password can unlock more than one category. Visitors enter a password or log in once to open a category with all its sub-categories and products. You choose whether protected categories show or hide in your menus and widgets, and the links appear once a customer gains access. Each product category shows its visibility: public, password protected or private. You can also prefix protected category names with "Protected".

Use it for private wholesale areas, members-only shops and client-specific products, for example for photographers, schools and sports clubs. You run wholesale and retail from the same site, with no separate wholesale store.
