WooCommerce PDF Product Vouchers

WooCommerce PDF Product Vouchers lets you customize and sell downloadable PDF vouchers for specific products or store credit. It suits businesses that take orders online and provide a good or service later or in person, such as pre-paid admission to a class, event tickets, gift certificates and free gift redemptions.

A what-you-see-is-what-you-get editor builds voucher templates, where you place fields and edit fonts and colors. Six default backgrounds are included, or you can upload your own, and you can offer alternative backgrounds for customers to choose. Customers can add a recipient name and message, and the voucher can go to the recipient by email. Vouchers arrive attached to order emails once the order is paid, and registered customers can download them from their account area.

Customers can enter a voucher number in the coupon code field to redeem it online, and single-purpose vouchers are redeemable only on products you specify. Manual redemptions are entered from your store admin, QR codes let you redeem by scanning, and partial and multiple redemptions are supported. A Vouchers list lets you search by voucher number, customer, recipient or product, mark vouchers redeemed, void them and add vouchers manually.
