WooCommerce Order Status Manager

Order Status Manager for WooCommerce lets you create, edit and delete completely custom order statuses and build them into your order management flow. You can also edit core order statuses and trigger new order emails based on status changes.

New statuses can have an icon that replaces the text badge in the orders list, plus action buttons when another status uses them as its next status. Add next statuses to core statuses, for example a custom status as the next step for processing orders. Bulk actions for new statuses appear in the orders list, and you can drag and drop statuses to reorder them in your admin. Customers see a status description on the View Order page.

Mark a status as Paid to include download links and purchase notes, or as requires payment to show Pay and Cancel links. Orders with custom statuses are included in shop reports. New order emails can be triggered by changes between custom or core statuses, with editable templates. Import existing custom statuses from custom code or other plugins, and delete a custom status without losing orders.
