About This Plugin
Help Scout Integration connects your WooCommerce store to a Help Scout mailbox. Customers request help with orders and get answers faster. You also need a Help Scout monthly plan.
Add a Help Scout form to any page with the [wc_help_scout_form] shortcode, and style it with CSS. A form on each order lets you contact the customer through Help Scout. Customers view and reply to conversations from their My Account page.
