Freshdesk Integration connects your WooCommerce store to your Freshdesk help desk account. Customers request help with orders and get answers faster.
Customers can create a ticket related to an order and view their active tickets on the My Account screen. Store owners can create a ticket from an order in the WordPress admin, or from a blog post comment.
You can connect and sync a product with a forum category and a solution category in your Freshdesk help desk. It works with Freshdesk's ticketing system, discussion forum and solution center (knowledgebase).
