About This Plugin
Cart Reports gives you real-time metrics on customers' open and abandoned shopping carts. It adds a Carts tab under WooCommerce > Reports.
The Carts tab shows converted, open and abandoned carts over a custom date range, most-abandoned products and product abandonment by month. A list view filters by cart date, cart status or customer, with actions such as View Order for converted carts and Email Customer for carts tied to a user.
A Cart Detail view shows the cart products and when the cart was last updated. A dashboard widget shows currently open and recently abandoned carts at a glance.
