About This Plugin
Account Funds adds a store credit, cashback and customer rewards system to WooCommerce. Customers top up a balance from My Account, within the minimum and maximum amounts you set, and apply it at checkout.
Award cashback on orders or specific products as a percentage or fixed amount, with eligibility rules for minimum order value and product categories, and exclusions for sale items and coupon orders. Give store credit for registrations and product reviews. Issue refunds as store credit instead of waiting on payment processor refunds. Sell store credit products at full price or discounted, for gift cards, B2B prepayment or promotional bundles. Customers can pay part of an order with credit and the rest through another payment gateway.
The WordPress Users screen shows all customer balances, with manual adjustments and complete transaction history. It works with WooCommerce Subscriptions and Constellation for prepaid subscription payments and recurring credit awards.
