About This Plugin
Toolset Starter Theme is a Bootstrap 3-based theme and a base for responsive sites built with Toolset.
It works with the Layouts plugin without extra integration. Activate Layouts and the drag and drop tools work out of the box. The theme uses the WordPress theme customizer and supports Font Awesome icons. It also supports WooCommerce by unifying styles.
