The Ninja Forms add-on for LifterLMS integrates Ninja Forms into your lessons, adds form entries to the LMS reporting, and lets you create a custom registration form.

Require a form to be submitted on a lesson, and hold back progress in the course until it is completed, signed or uploaded. Collect the data you need from learners and display it in the LMS reporting.
