Gravity Perks – Gravity Forms Unique ID

Gravity Forms Unique ID is a Gravity Perks add-on that adds a Unique ID field type to Gravity Forms. When a form is submitted, the entry gets a unique ID that is alphanumeric, numeric or sequential.

You can set the starting number for sequential IDs, the length, and a prefix and suffix, and the prefix and suffix accept merge tags. The ID shows in confirmations and notifications through the field's merge tag and is included in the {all_fields} merge tag. The field is filled in only after a successful submission, so it is not visible on the front end, and IDs are not assigned to entries marked as spam.

It integrates with Gravity Forms File Renamer, so filenames can include sequential numbers and unique IDs, and with Gravity PDF's invoicing templates. With a payment add-on, ID generation can wait until payment is captured.
