Gravity Perks – Gravity Forms Inventory

Gravity Forms Inventory adds inventory management to Gravity Forms. Use it for selling products or tickets, or for bookable resources like events, appointments and reservations.

Specify the available inventory in a Product field and it limits how much of that item can be ordered. On choice-based fields such as Radio Buttons, Checkboxes, Drop Downs and Multi Selects, it limits how many times each choice can be selected. The form or Product field can be hidden once inventory is exhausted.

Share inventory across multiple fields and forms, or group fields to scope inventory by a combination of values. Group a Date field with a Product field for date-specific inventory, and block dates with no availability through the Limit Dates integration. Track inventory in the inventory dashboard. Developers get filters and an open codebase for dynamic limits.
