About This Plugin
This add-on for Gravity Forms deletes the entry and any associated files after the submission process is complete. Gravity Forms must create an entry to work, so the add-on removes it afterward instead of truly disabling creation.
It waits until feeds have been processed. With a User Registration feed, the entry is deleted once the user has been activated, created or updated. You switch it on with one checkbox in the Entry Creation section of the form settings, and conditional logic can disable entry creation for certain submissions. Removing personal data from entries after processing supports GDPR compliance.
Use it for newsletter signups, calculator forms, CRM forms and contact forms that only send notifications. Unlike the built-in retention policy, which has a shortest time of 1 day, it can delete entries immediately. It cannot be used on child forms in a Nested Forms field, but it works on the parent form.
