Formidable Forms Signature

This add-on for Formidable Forms adds a Signature field to your WordPress forms. Users can draw their signature with a trackpad or mouse, or type it. It is not built to create legally binding contracts.

The field appears under Pro Fields in the form builder. You can set your own text for the Draw It, Type It and Clear labels, hide the two tabs, set Type It as the default and allow editing. Adjust the signature image resolution by width and height in pixels. An option deletes the image file from your server when an entry is deleted.

Protect signature files locks every signature file in a form and serves each image through a protected link. A role setting limits who can open them. Show the signature image or its URL in a confirmation message, email or View with a shortcode.
