About This Plugin
Formidable Forms API is an add-on for Formidable Forms that connects your forms to apps and services outside WordPress through REST APIs. Send entries to another site or service, and receive data to create entries in Formidable.
Webhooks trigger actions automatically when someone adds, changes or removes a form entry. You can also create, update or delete forms and fields through the API, and embed your forms on any website. Data handling uses API keys and SSL, and the add-on works with platforms including Zapier.
Typical uses include syncing form submissions with a CRM, updating inventory from customer orders, connecting form data to a donor management system and feeding form data into analytics tools. It suits developers and anyone comfortable with custom code or RESTful APIs.
