About This Plugin
This add-on for Formidable Forms generates a PDF from each form submission the moment someone clicks Submit. It attaches the PDF to confirmation emails, so clients and team members receive the document right away. You can also open any entry and click Download as PDF in the Entry Actions sidebar.
Branded templates take your logo, custom fonts, background images and brand colors. Everything stays in your WordPress dashboard, with no third-party subscription.
The PDFs reflect your forms: digital signatures collected in the form, calculation fields that fill totals for invoices and quotes, and conditional logic that keeps unused fields out. By default only the entry creator and users with permission can view a PDF. You can also share public links that expire automatically.
