Formidable Forms PayPal

The PayPal add-on for Formidable Forms adds PayPal payment forms to your site. When customers submit, Formidable sends them and their purchase details to a secure PayPal payment page. They can pay with a PayPal account, credit or debit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay, and need no PayPal account to do so. You need a PayPal Business account to connect.

PayPal Commerce is built into the free Formidable Lite plugin, so one-time payments need no upgrade. The Business and Elite plans add recurring subscriptions with custom billing intervals, trial periods, payment limits and automatic cancellation after a set number of payments. A trial amount can be smaller or larger than the regular rate.

Conditional logic for PayPal forms requires Formidable Pro. It sends customers to PayPal only when they choose to, for example paying by check or paying now. A Testing environment under Formidable > Global Settings > PayPal works with a PayPal Business Sandbox account.
