Formidable Forms Modal

This add-on opens Formidable Forms in a Bootstrap modal popup. A modal draws attention to a form and looks cleaner than a form on a page.

Add a WordPress block, choose Formidable Modal, then add a title and body content. Change the button text that triggers the modal and update the page. The body can hold registration forms, search bars, data tables or extra information. Form validation runs without refreshing the page or dismissing the modal.

Use it to grow an email list, collect customer feedback, take event registrations or offer a customer support form. The feature is included in the Formidable Plus plan and higher.
