Formidable Forms Conversational Forms

Formidable Forms Conversational Forms turns long forms into one-question-at-a-time conversations. Use it for surveys, lead forms, quizzes, applications and feedback forms. Convert any new or existing form with a single toggle.

Users answer and advance with Enter, arrows and Tab, or the form moves on automatically when they select an answer. Progress bars and progress text show how close they are to the finish. Choose horizontal, vertical or fade transitions to match your brand.

An optional start page welcomes users before the first question. The forms are fully mobile responsive on phones, tablets and desktops. Older multi-step setups needed a page break between every question. Conversational mode handles the flow, so a 10-question form needs 10 fields.
