EventOn RSVP Events

This add-on for EventON lets visitors RSVP to events with their name, email and number of spaces, without payments. You can check in attendees from the website backend.

The RSVP form shows in the EventCard or in a lightbox. Add up to 5 custom fields: single-line input, multiline input, dropdown, checkbox, basic text or file upload. Set a maximum party size, a minimum RSVP count for the event to happen, captcha validation, and a cut-off in minutes before the event starts. You can require login to RSVP, globally or for each event. A primary guest can RSVP for a whole party, and guests can look up and change their RSVP. A progress bar on the EventCard shows event space and attendance.

Admins can view and email attendees, download the attendee list as a CSV file, set RSVP capacity for each repeat, and get a daily digest with remaining spaces. Webhooks are supported with EventON 4.2, and virtual event access details can be shown and emailed after a guest RSVPs.
