EventOn QR Code

This add-on for EventON embeds QR codes in tickets and RSVP confirmations so you can check in guests at the gate. It needs the Tickets add-on or the RSVP add-on.

There are three ways to scan: your phone's built-in camera scanner, an HTML5 web scanner (still in beta), or a scanner gun. A scan shows the ticket holder's name, the event name, the ticket quantity in the order and the event type category, color-coded for clarity. You can check a ticket in or out, and check other tickets on the same order.

You choose which user roles may check in guests. Any page can become the check-in page by adding the check-in shortcode. Encrypted ticket numbers from the Tickets add-on are supported, and QR code images are stored in a separate folder unless you set them to show in the media library.
