Easy Digital Downloads PDF Invoices

PDF Invoices for Easy Digital Downloads lets customers create an HTML invoice for an order, then print it or download it as a PDF. Invoices support VAT compliance, and customers can enter their name, address and VAT number on the invoice, all optional.

You set the logo, the invoice template and accent color, your company name and address, a registration number, a tax or VAT number, and additional text for the bottom of each invoice. You can turn off address editing for customers and block invoices for free orders. Customers open invoices from their purchase history, and admins open them from the order. Add the {edd_invoice} tag to the purchase receipt email to include a View Invoice link.
