Easy Digital Downloads Message

EDD Message lets store owners send unique messages directly to customers from the dashboard. The customer page gets a new view where you write and send a custom message. Messages to customers and vendors can include attachments, and with the Amazon S3 extension you can select files from your S3 buckets to attach.

Sent messages are logged. They show on that customer's Message view, and a table of all logged messages is under Reports > Logs. You choose which message types to keep a record of: administrator to customers or vendors, purchase receipts, vendor messages to customers and customer messages to vendors.

With Frontend Submissions, you can message vendors from a new vendor view, and vendors get a form to send unique emails to customers who bought their products. The vendor and customer message types require Frontend Submissions.
