Custom Order Status for WooCommerce

Custom Order Status for WooCommerce lets you add order statuses beyond the standard ones, such as manufacturing, packaging or printing. Each status gets a title, slug, description, a text or icon label and its own colors. Per status, you choose whether customers can cancel, whether a payment status shows, whether customers see it, and whether its orders stay out of reports.

Assign a status from the order detail page, with bulk actions in the order list, or with automation rules. A rule moves orders from a current status to a new one based on time since the order, quantity or amount ranges, products or categories, billing or shipping country, user role or order date.

Email notification rules tell customers or admins about the status changes you pick, each with its own subject, heading and text. Statuses import and export as a CSV file.
