About This Plugin
Bookly Ratings is an add-on for Bookly Pro. It lets you request feedback from clients after each appointment. Clients rate the service and leave comments about its quality.
A staff member's rating can show in the Bookly booking form. In the admin panel you see an average rating for every employee and their service, and the comments clients leave appear in the Appointments section of Bookly.
