Bookly Custom Fields (Add-on)

This add-on for Bookly PRO adds extra fields to the Details step of the Bookly booking form. The default form collects name, phone number, email address and appointment notes. Custom fields gather more information from clients before they complete the booking.

Create as many fields as you need, in question types such as text, checkbox, drop-down, radio button, numeric and captcha. Set up conditional fields, make fields required or optional and bind fields to specific services. Internal fields are visible in the Bookly backend only. Fields appear in the appointment details in the Bookly Calendar and can be updated there.
