This add-on connects AutomatorWP with Fluent Support, a support ticketing system for WordPress.
The free add-on has triggers for an agent opening a ticket and a client opening a ticket. Pro adds triggers for agents and clients replying to and closing tickets, and for clients and agents getting a reply from a ticket. A Pro action creates a new ticket.
