About This Plugin
This YITH plugin recovers lost WooCommerce sales. It saves the cart data of shoppers who did not finish checkout and emails them to complete the purchase, with a coupon if you want to offer one.
You set after how many minutes a cart counts as abandoned, then schedule the automatic email after an interval such as one hour, 24 hours or three days. You also choose how many emails go out and edit their content. A second schedule emails customers who placed an order without paying. Two email templates are ready to enable with a yes/no option.
You can recover carts for all users or only a specific user role. With the "Recover carts of guest users" option, contact details typed into checkout are saved and used for the recovery email, and a consent checkbox can be shown. Reports cover abandoned carts, visits that came from the emails and recovered carts.
