About This Plugin
YITH WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips creates and manages invoices for your WooCommerce orders. You can generate invoices manually for specific orders, or automatically for every order, triggered by the order status you choose.
Numbering follows the order number or ID, or a sequential count that starts from a number you pick. You can reset it each December 31 and block duplicate numbers. Set the file name, prefix and suffix for every document. Customers download invoices from their My Account page, and you can bulk generate, regenerate and delete invoices from a dedicated dashboard.
The plugin also produces proforma invoices, receipts, credit notes for refunded orders and shipping lists that show product weight, size and shipping method. It can request VAT or SSN at checkout and add them to documents. Export invoices to CSV, and back up all documents to Dropbox or Google Drive automatically. Choose between invoice templates to match your branding.
