About YITH updates
YITH plugins are notoriously difficult to keep up to date. We do our best and update them as soon as we possibly can. If your site needs every update the day it's released, a reasonable alternative to YITH plugins is the better fit.
About This Plugin
YITH WooCommerce Category Accordion adds accordion menus that list product categories, subcategories or tags in your sidebars or anywhere on your site. It also works with WordPress categories and tags.
The plugin includes 6 accordion styles with customizable borders, colors and typography. Global options set whether to show only parent categories or subcategories too, how many hierarchy levels to show, whether accordions open on hover or click and whether they start open or closed. Show the product count, hide empty categories, exclude items, sort by ID, name or number of items, highlight the current category and show category images.
Add a custom menu inside an accordion panel, for example top-rated or on-sale pages on the Shop page. Place panels with the widget, or copy the shortcode into any page, post or section such as the footer. You can hide an accordion on specific pages, posts or categories.
