WPForms Form Templates give you pre-built forms to start from instead of building from scratch. The library holds 2,100+ templates for contact forms, request forms, order forms, donation forms and more. You import any template with one click and customize it right away.

Use all or part of a template. Add, remove or rearrange fields with the drag-and-drop builder, change field labels, edit notification emails with your own text or smart tags, add CCed recipients and multiple notifications, show custom confirmation messages or redirect visitors, and change the submit button text and color.
