WPfomify – Zapier Add-on

This add-on connects WPfomify to Zapier. It lets you send data to WPfomify from any web application and display it as notifications on your site.

You connect through the WPfomify Zapier app, using your API key from WPfomify > Settings > Advanced, your website URL and the Post ID of the Zapier notification. Pick a trigger app as the data source, such as Gravity Forms, and fill the notification template from its fields, like name, email and city.

In WPfomify you add a notification with the type Recent Conversion and Zapier as the source. You can limit the number of items displayed and link the notifications. Each entry is saved to the notification, and you can update or delete entries with Quick Edit under the Show Entries button.
